Stressful job.

Pros

Company has great benefits and allows remote access in most departments.

Cons

I miss the old days where people respected each other. We felt the stress of the bad economy long before the rest of the non-financial world did. This created a very stressful environment where everyone was afraid of losing their job and was only concerned about getting their own work done before helping others. Employees have become a number and are no longer important.

Pros

High turnover equated to loads of opportunity for newer sales people to move into management Solid benefits package Nice base salary and ability to earn substantial bonuses A large 'family' culture in most regions of the country

Cons

Management and mid-senior managers put in loads of hours and often heavy field travel. Hardcore politics in certain groups or regions. You are in or you are out. Same pay structure in all US markets despite great differences in cost of living. Generally meant lower quality hires in high cost markets.

Pros

good environment, interact with people from all over the world. really a good place to learn new stuff and gain experience

Cons

no particular cons to say, just not as quantitative as I expected. Otherwise, quite a good corp to work with.
