Pros

HSBC is a Global Employer which may result in oportunities out of the country. It has a good green office.

Cons

The setup is really small with a lot of old people around, so not much opportunity to grow. Regardless of your skill set, the management does not have the capability to allow employees to grow in their carrier. Global nature results in employees working really odd and long hours. I would choose another employer if I have a chose.
