Pros

Its a good job if you want to break into banking field after being a teller

Cons

If you are a former banker is not the best job since commisions are based on branch points and if you are at a sucky branch well, commision will not be the best

Pros

Great place to find people from diverse backgrounds. Good place for networking.

Cons

There is no common platform for the employees to share their grievances. The role of the HR department is very limited and each process works as separate entity. With power in the hands of a few senior managers, the junior level employees are not made a part of any decision making.
