Pros

- name recognition - international opportunities - learn what it means to work in an extremely large, complex banking organization

Cons

- more of a loose confederation rather than a unified corporate structure - performance review process is awkward at best and could be considered as disingenuous depending upon the effort your manager applies - one gets the feeling of an 'Us and Them' attitude when dealing with the Head Office (= London) at times
