Pros

The management respects and promotes diversity.

Cons

No salary raises even though the net profit increases quarter after quarter. Inflation raises, prices raise, school and college fee raise, executive bonuses raise but no salary hikes. Management knows due to current unemployment levels, people are ready to work at the same pay or even less. So exploitation continues.

Pros

Sink or swim theory - if you can make it, you get to keep your job. Some mi-management staff were supportive, but depends on who your manager is.

Cons

- nepotism and favoritism by senior management; - rewards and bonuses not based on merit; - no work life balance; - no learning/no training on the job (you learn on your own); - management are not capable of making the RIGHT decisions; - very behind on computer systems
