Pros

Great management team which identifies risks and opportunities as best as anyone else. Excellent level of investment in facilities and training for employees. Feedback on work is very good.

Cons

Interviews for very junior positions are with some very senior people which is not entirely advisable. Growing to become a bigger Investment Bank and besides DCM does not really match with its competitors.

Pros

Nice co-workers and that is all

Cons

idiot management. Everyone is so brainwashed and watching the metrics, but no common sense to understand that the change of one metric has effect on the others.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, good global reputation.

Cons

Lacks integrity in dealing with employees. Focuses negatively as opposed to positively. Employees are punished for not meeting unrealistic goals. Managers are forced to put team members on corrective action even when it is not merited. managers are not given the training and tools to effectively manage their branches.
