Salaries and experience are at the expected level described in the job description. The work atmaosphere is likely to make you enjoy the workload. International team is a plus.

Cons

The offices and HSBC agencies are not present enough in each city. Evolution towards another department or another country is usually difficult unless you are very close to your mnager.

It's a dynamic and young environment, it is a growing bank in France, hence there are many opportunitities to grow from the professional point of view. In few months i have seen many people changing their role in the department and taking responsabilities for HSBC Europe.

Cons

The personal / professional life are not that balanced.. people are working like crazy even if mine is only a support service.
