- Good time off program but it includes sick days / personal leave - Great colleagues in the branch - Beneftis are okay

Cons

- Incompetent back office colleagues - Poor training when onboarding to a new position - Too focused on micromanagement - Many declines on local customers' credit application, main focus on overseas customers with money
