Pros

- Decent work/life balance - Fair salary - Wide range of experience to pick up on the floor - Direct branch progression is ok with opportunities to work as a delegated authority of management and to work with machinery - Degreed platform available to develop skills during downtime

Cons

- Retail banking, branch level and can even be held back from promotion/moving on - Very challenging customer service experience - Bonuses are based on branch performance for the year rather than individual performance, allows colleagues to hold back financial reward for performing worse - Poor advertisement for new roles - Communication in changes are poor

Pros

Sometime finish early, depending on location.

Cons

Underpaid and overworked. Management are constantly an issue, they don't listen to you and constantly quote procedures, despite not following them themselves.
