Great to read that you value the hybrid and flexible working arrangements we have in HKA. Sorry to read that you are experiencing “low pay progressions” – always feel free to reach out to me or your regional people team as we can seek to understand and offer you some ideas to move this further forward too. Your advice to management, is clear and helpful, thanks. We know there is more to improve and we are not complacent, especially because we want merit-based gender representation.
