Thank you so very much for scoring HKA five stars. We are happy for you first and foremost that you are experiencing a good working environment. Thank you for all you do as a current employee to help us all enjoy work and grow/improve HKA. As you know, HKA is a people business, and it is you (plus our colleagues) that make the difference – their diversity, experience, skills, and how everyone works together in one global team. Together we have achieved much in the six years that HKA has existed. Yet as you say, we are not complacent and we do know our improvement areas and our growth opportunities as we expand globally. We welcome feedback and new ideas from all our colleagues; which helps us to grow our honest, transparent, and high-performing collaborative culture. Our culture is collaborative, honest, transparent, and high performing; so I am surprised this is not what you are experiencing.
