Pros

You won’t find a better claims/disputes consultancy to work for. Was with them for 9 years, and gained an incredible amount of experience, working alongside some of the best experts in the region. Offers a fantastic base to launch a career in ADR. HKA will provide a $10k a year training budget.

None that I am aware of.

No major cons at the current time. Lots of previous issues have been addressed and investment in people, development and systems are reaping the benefits.
