Heures de travail correctes, des collègues généralement gentils.

- Rémunération risible - Jouy-en-Josas se situe à 1h15 de Paris en transport commun -En théorie, des évolutions de poste sont possibles, mais dans la pratique (4 ans), il n'y a pratiquement aucune possibilité d'évolution professionnelle. -Une organisation rigide Top-Down, où les directeurs et les managers sont traités comme des messies (alors qu'ils sont toxiques). -turnover du personnel : près de 50 % d'une année sur l'autre, qui impose des multitudes de problèmes de performance et de RH facilement réglé par des solutions simples : plus de télétravail, par exemple.
