      Very interesting projects, great team and intellectually fulfilling work.

      Cons

      Too many employees in the school at large have a civil servant mindset and do not view colleagues as internal customers, making administrative tasks a real burden.

      Pros

      - very friendly colleagues - talented students and staff - relaxed working environment- holiday allowance is the best I've ever had - flexible working hours - international but with a "French touch" - good stepping stone to other careers

      Cons

      - not city centre location - low salaries, not transparent - bureaucratic - no evident career development path - not meritocratic, promotions are based on nepotism or time spent in the institution; mgmt preference to solve problems by bringing in "outside" talent rather than listening to internal feedback
