Great School - Bad Management

Pros

HEC Paris is an elite management school with great students, lots of intelligent people, a beautiful campus near Paris, and adds prestige to any resume.

Cons

The problem with HEC Paris includes low staff salaries, almost no annual salary increases, the sexual harassment women (and a few men) staffers must put up with. The senior management (the deans for example) routinely trade promotions for sex, even some of the faculty were placed in their posts because of their willingness (in some cases) or unwillingness (in others) to have sex with the three of four top deans. Disgusting. Not even the students are safe. One dean is well known for "partying" in Paris with the undergraduates. Parents beware.
