      Overall we can learn a lot in HCL but cannot expect much from the Management

      Full access would be given once when management knows that you are capable of doing stuffs. Need to work hard so that you can prove yourself beating all the politics being done against you

      Cons

      Need to go through a lot of internal politics and to have growth need to know how to butter the managers else lookout for someother company

      Open culture, flexible timings, respect for employees, friendly management and HR, team outings and company celebrations, good facilities, brand name.

      Cons

      Not much of professional career growth, not much learning, compensation not satisfactory, insufficient recognition for technical excellence, no encouragement for innovative thinking.

      - Pays well to attract the best people - Flexible work arrangements - Innovative approach to doing business - Work with some of the best SAP people around

      Cons

      - Lack of a community with co workers - Most relationships are built on projects and never fostered afterwards - Lacks some of the infrastructure required for a company of it size, probably as a result of rapid growth
