      Pros

      Unlimited scope of work as people over here hardly work. So to learn & take as much responsibilities u can ..is excellent.

      Cons

      No faith as to what they say & do. If you give 360 degree feedback about your manager, he himself will discuss the same saying "I know what you gave me as rating" If you carry vision apart from your excellent work with recognition from all levels ...internal politics & over enthusiastic are stated to those candidates so that they are grounded.

      Pros

      Lot of different domains to work in, changing domains even roles is much easier than other IT companies. If you lack competency, this is the place for you. You will never be fired, only shifted from one project to another. Lot of onsite projects across the world. Some GEOs like ANZ, Europe are OK to work in if you are paid at par. Good company for sales professionals, challenges galore ;)

      Cons

      Poor pay standard. Bad region centric management. Hopelessly bad support functions specially, Finance and HR. Policies not at all employee friendly. Lots of politics within projects. Absolutely zero willingness to retain good resources. Career growth is dependent on immediate managers capabilities and aspirations. Total 'sarkari' company.
