      1) Good Onsite opportunities 2) once went to onsite and you are branded as an ONSITE guy - will be asked/chased to go for another onsite 3) Service Desk response is fairly faster in regards to any requires that you have 4) Queries to CEO, wich will be answered in less than 2 months. But you will get some response and all responses are known to all employees 5) Very well designed and easy to understand accessible - Knowledge Portal 6) more focus on CMMi (based on selected projects) and full-fledged Quality Portal to facilitate employees under across several vertical & services within the HCL 7) Good Training Academis, Self-help / Self-learning Tools on any domain, Technologies 8) Very well showcased as No.1 Employer and nicely built Brand Campaign 9) Good Pay to NEW joinees

      1) it is CUSTOMER FIRST and Employee LAST 2) "buttering" to managers will serve good to the employees 3) recognition and benefits are given/approved based on the projects' revenue 4) some managers have bad ethics and attitude towards some employees (if they dont follow their orders) 5) many false promises on promotion and Onsite opps 6) low hike to existing employees 7) some employees even get bad treatment irrespective of the tenure that you serve for the company (2 yrs or even 11 yrs. whatever it maybe)

      Employee First Policy and diversified employment. different cultures are bringing together in to a single family. it my dream company also.

      Cons

      however they are interactive with newly selected candidates they have to clear so many doubts before the induction process and all.
