Awesome company, great working environment but, low pay package and low on overall productive growth.
Pros
HCL Technologies has one of the most friendly working environment be it in terms of colleagues or facilities. It offers one of the most flexible work timings and basic facilities. Only at HCL, an employee has the opportunity to provide a 360 degree feedback based on their 'Employee First and Customer Second policy' where you get a chance to rate your Managers too, and I consider this as an amazing thing.
Cons
One of the biggest drawback at HCL is its ultra low salary structures, when you compare it with industry standards. Secondly, even though we have a 360 Feedback in place, still the employee is mostly unaware of his overall role and the change his efforts are bringing in the organization. Clear growth track is not visible to the employee, which leads to lack of efforts on his/her part.
