Pros

Best team I have been working for. Including tech skills and communication ones. No pressure, the processes are built to have fun at work and achieve business goals same time. Excellent vacation program. Ability to work in a worldwide team. Possibility to communicate with business staff directly. Ability to work remotely. Yearly team meetups in new locations.

Cons

A lot of work on different business and tech areas. But this is a plus I think. Getting direct requests from stakeholders. We are going to improve this to contact tech only through the product managers.

OK as first stepping stone

-Fully remote -Good work/life balance -300eur voucher per year to spend on stays at company's properties -Good coworkers -No free public holidays, but 35 working days off to spend as you please

Cons

-Chaotic project management -Bad allocation of human resources -Not following legal obligations in regards to contract type which lead to a salary decrease -Limited career/knowledge growth possibility in my case (mostly valid for frontend developers I believe)
