      Pros

      - Supportive CEO that pretty much lets you handle your own business. - Young and talented global team. - 6 months working here is equivalent to 3 years of business school.

      Cons

      Every startup struggles with work/life balance when trying to reach to the top and GuestReady is no different to such struggles.

      Pros

      - Great location in Central London, very close to the Tube - Good team spirit and good ambiance in the office - Enjoyed every Friday night drink, Xmas and Easter parties - Free to manage your due hours in the day - Happy to meet people from everywhere - Growing start-up present in other countries and it increases the possibility to travel and work abroad (not for interns of course)

      Pros

      - Very flat hierachy and a lot of space to test out new ideas and have a big impact on the company and it's direction - C level management are genuine and respectful and give clear direction as to what we need to do - Culture of the company is very positive and a lot of offices have a family feel to them - The company allows the freedom to work flexibly and we have a low turnover of staff

      Cons

      - Job can be a challenge as all growing startups would be, this is both a pro and a con - Work / life balance can initially be a challenge but has improved significantly in the last 6-12 months - Things change quite fast, if you are not used to this it could be difficult to manage
