Pros

If your mind sets for a start-up company, this would definitely be a good starting place to be working as someone who's eager to take on the role to be better than where they are.

Cons

None, loved every minute of it!

Pros

Nice people to work with overall, because we all work in so many different locations, HR always come up with initiatives for team bonding which is pretty nice. Growth is pretty great if you are filled with initiatives in picking up tasks outside your role. Good manager, very understanding, willing to learn from everybody and does not micro manage

Cons

- Very very low salary for a foreign language job - the salary rate was not decided based on market research, they pretty much eyeballed 'this figure sounds like it would work'. - Immense workload with no tangible gratification. Just like someone else mentioned in a recent review, employees were stretched thin from the pandemic, and the CEO refuse to give acceptable raises. Employees have to beg for the raise they were promised. They throw in 50 - 80eur every now and then. Does not appreciate the value employees bring to the table as they view employees as highly dispensable. As much as it is the reality, a lot of the people who work here give the company their 200% and more because it feels like a close-knitted community - I have to say that the company does not deserve it. - I can accept a chaotic unstructured work environment if it’s at an early stage and especially with inexperienced founders/team but the leader has to address it sooner or later. It is normal to wear multiple hats in a startup but it’s not a good sign if it drags out too long.

Pros

People are great, the culture is awesome. Management seems to care about employee satisfaction. I don't know what else, there's a twenty-word minimum so I'm typing more words to fill this up.

Cons

So the pandemic has been tough on us, as it has been with everyone. We are definitely on track to making a great comeback, but everyone remaining after now are burned out and stretched so thin. Some of the other departments have no tact when speaking and completely rub people the wrong way. This is horrible as a lot for us work remotely from each other and this causes many misunderstandings.
