      Good benefits for older staff although they are slowly being removed

      Don't Put Your Heart into It

      Pros

      Fantastic compensation, fantastic hours, paid holidays off, and great vacation time.

      Cons

      Cut throat, poor management, it's okay for the Field Service Engineers to treat their dispatchers with disrespect and constantly curse them out, harass them over text message. They will not pay over time, even if you are a salaried employee, the contract department (who is not management) will tell you to bring in a doctors note for an operation, even though she has no authority to ask for it, then will say she doesn't believe that you must have surgery and that you're taking off to party. Talk about illegal, huh. If you're on-time, great, But you can be late and they won't bat an eye. Nothing that you do will not be appreciated. No one will care what happens to you. They will not celebrate your birthday, your work anniversary. Everything is hush, hush.

      Good benefits, friendly colleagues, nice view from office

      Micro management and lack of trust of employees, not enough transparency in management, not many career growth opportunities and too much hierarchy
