There is No Pros working at Guerbet.

Cons

POOR SUPERVISION all over the Production Floor and and in Quality, Documentation, Leradership gossip about each other and the Team Lead in all the department LIES. Stay where you at you better off. Unless, you need to get experience in Pharmaceutical Guerbet is the place to go.

The pay is reasonable in comparison to other companies.

Cons

The place is so unprofessional. This company can not keep people. Everyone is leaving. We are getting new management and supervisor every year. The place is short-staffed. I currently work in the CQ lab. The new second shift supervisor is unprofessional. He just started, and he is already giving the company a bad look. This place is so unorganized. Just terrible. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I am currently working here and I will be leaving shortly.

Benefits are PRIME! Temp controlled atmosphere, Nice Management and leadership team, decent pay (could be a bit better, but livable). Nice Campus style. Lots of employee engagement and activities!

Cons

Pay could be a bit better, not very competitive. A few debbie downers that has worked here since 40 years ago
