The people are great in this company but everything else is poor safety is a big issue and training a lot of people leaving

The hr department is in the stone ages the equipment and the plant itself is not safe Poor wages poor training if any .

Poor management.. no communication..no support. Work place bullies at all levels. Headquarters to far away to see the waste. CEO is good but out of touch with the employee experience.

A good group of people in production are new and inexperienced and a lot of coaching needed, a high turnover in production and qc laboratory.

Cons

Very low paying compared to other pharma sites 2k to 3k less, all new management in the last year or two, not very organised, safety is average only
