      Pros

      Great atmosphere, where the company really listens to their employees. Challenging projects in different sectors. Higher management of SII Belgium is very approachable. Good compensation & benifits with a good work-life balance (work from home, flexible hours,...)

      Cons

      A better integration with the SII Group, but this is a work in progress.
