Lots of empty promises

Pros

People are nice and relax and immediate management have a little bit more considerations for you than in most other consultancy companies.

Cons

Really low salaries, higher management doesn't care about you and doesn't respect its employment promises (profit sharing divided by 10 while the company makes more money, cash bonuses cut down, etc.).

Not as bad as the other SSII, but if you can go anywhere else take the opportunity.

Pros

The length of "intercontrat" before they start to put illegal pressure on the consultant concerned is around 6 months (pretty high compared to competitors).

Cons

Absolutely no opportunity as consultant to growth. The only opportunity is to get hired by the client. If you expect an internal promotion at SII you'll wait your entire life.
