Poor management in the UK in terms of professionalism and leadership, lack of flexibility in support team, overly high expectations due to management over promising to customers without a full recruitment team, they want openness but use it against you, no diversification of industries you’re delivering into only aerospace and defence, no career progression for the support team members, very low staff retention in the support team- most people have left that started less than a year ago. Commission low and delayed
