      Pros

      plenty of personal time, flexible work hours even it is 8h/ day, after exactly 8 hours of work you go home

      Cons

      small salaries, no professional development, there are people who could o much more but their bosses doesn't know how to use them

      Pros

      Most of the people are OK. Better now some of the deadwood has gone. Considering its size the benefits are good and salary sufficient. Good progression possible if you are in the right place at the right time.

      Cons

      Tends to be a very 'jobs for the boys attitude' to promotion. Hard to get on if you just want to do a good job and not spend loads of time mixing with the 'right' people.

      Pros

      Management are actually okay on a human level: not so much pressure , quite a relaxed working environment. Flexible working hours, opportunity to work from home -although highly dependent on your own manager.

      Cons

      Often different decisions on a day-to-day basis, sometimes hard to see the direction of those. No room for professional development or further training.
