Can't recommend enough. One of the best workplaces, with intellectually challenging opportunities. Especially at the larger offices, there is a strong sense of community and fantastic benefits and perks. You really feel valued, many supporting personnel are there to help you and receptive to feedback should anything create friction in your work. There is tons of opportunity for professional growth. With the huge user base of Google products, the impact you can have on the wider world is also incomparable.
Cons
Everyone around you is brilliant and hard-working, so this can create pressure and expectations can be high.
