      - Top-notch people - Five-star facilities (free food, company gyms, massages, etc.) - Excellent training - International mobility

      Cons

      - It's a BIG company, so corporate politics and bureaucracy are a part of life - High growth = high pressure, which isn't for everyone

      Process, process, process - No evolution

      - Free food, perks, working for the leader

      Cons

      - Hire always the same profile on the sell side (Consulting firms) - No possible evolution. If you don't start as a manager, you have 95% chance of not being one at Google in the futures - Company got too big. We do not understand anymore the aded value of our job . - Process and reorgs kills the spirit and the atmosphere of Google - Internal moves are getting really difficult to obtain

      Pros

      Incredible people around the office, amazing benefits, evolution possibilities are various depending on what you are interested in, work/life balance and we get to work on impactful projects.

      Cons

      It can be hard to fit in such a chaos organization. Also it sometimes leads to duplicates in the projects that people are working on.
