      Pros

      Great Perks! Very cool company, name recognition. Pride in working for the good guys. Work with the best and brightest.

      Cons

      Sales org has too many internal processes, structure, best practices... meetings about meetings, politics, ever changing sales org, limited autonomy/flexibility.

      Pros

      -Great company becoming even better with the acquisition. -Free food and transportation to/from San Francisco is great. -Awesome people. -Co-founders are awesome. -Career development opportunities.

      Cons

      -Leadership has been an ongoing issue. It's definitely gotten better but giving out one management review doesn't cut it. People are transferring off of the Client Services team because management is lacking. Some managers on the team are fantastic but top leadership is inexperienced. We got rid of one poor manager and now we have someone who has gotten increasingly cocky and disconnected with the team. We need someone who can guide us on how to succeed and meet goals.

      - amazing quality food and lots of it - supportive of growing their employees - generous benefits and amenities

      Cons

      - the warm and friendly corporate culture has dwindled to resemble the more typical corporate culture with underhanded politics and favoritism being the keys to success - work / life balance could be better. a lot of times there is peer pressure to be constantly working or give off the perception that one is always on the clock. the company does provide a laptop, cell phone and pay for your home internet (which is obviously great) but it is also to enable this sort of mentality
