Pros
The benefits are great, very competitive. The people are overall really wonderful as well and the work can be very fun.
Cons
The culture is a bit cult-y. There's also a lot of panic and fear due to the last two years of mass layoffs. There's a lot of talk of the "golden years" which make it hard to appreciate as someone new to the company. There's also not a lot of diversity.
