Pros

Widely known as an excellent firm, Benefit Package was excellent. Over the years adding various Networks (Woen, Gay & Lesbian, Hispanic, African-American) was helpful

Cons

Over the years directed all attention to a Younger Audience, who have no sense of commitment, and all want to work in the front office or they are out the door.

Cons

You have to work really hard and that affects your personal life. The entire industry is going through a down period right now.

Pros

Very smart people with good business sense; good benefits package including online courses, maternity leave program; work itself is interesting and variable which keeps your interest

Cons

Extremely competitive environment, management can be aggressive and also play favorites, extremely long hours required when compensation is static. The way feedback is given is not very professional in some cases.
