Good people - Transparent decisions - Gritty challenges - Innovative Solutions

- Informed and data driven decisions - Can't not mention Unlimited PTO - Competitive compensation and benefits (we've remote work P:) - Getting to work with latest tech stack with a turn key overview while collaborating across teams

Cons

- RSUs offering can be more competitive - While empathy scale is consistent across for good, some departments can feel more siloed and socially cold, specially in the light of the remote evolution

Good Culture, Tech a Little Weak

Pros

Glassdoor has a good supportive culture. Salary and benefits are good.

Cons

Some of the tech decisions have been poor. Glassdoor engineering has been saddled with bad legacy systems but the process to replace them is not very well-organized. Some projects are quite lengthy and pointless.
