Pros

I have been working at Glassdoor for nearly 2 years. This is the first company I have worked for that has actually followed through on the initiatives they set out to accomplish. Leadership takes feedback from employees seriously and is not afraid to have discussions on where they may have missed the mark. Glassdoor puts a strong emphasis on career progression and has set standards in place on how one can be promoted. I love working for this company and feel that my voice is heard.

Cons

Not a lot of cons to share here other than account transitions happen too frequently and can have a negative impact on our clients.
