Pros

Great Benefits and nice perks

Cons

Way too much time spent internally on nonsense when they could be providing necessary support for Customers. Monies spent on excessive nonsense instead of supporting talent.

Hello and thanks for taking the time to write a review. There have been some great discussions around simplifying internal processes/tools and customer centricity within CSM Slack channels, with Rep Council, during our FY25 Preview session and in the Community Bowl recently! I hope that perhaps some of that has already helped to address your concerns, but, if not, please continue to share your thoughts on what is still feeling unnecessary in your day-to-day: your CS Rep Councilmembers are a great place to start, or my virtual door is always open. - Andrea Johnson, Director of Customer Success

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review, we really do appreciate it. I agree there are a bunch of great people here which makes working at Glassdoor a lot more fun and rewarding. Your point about compensation isn't wrong, but personally, I feel that that is more than made up for by a really healthy work/life balance and being able to work on broad, impactful projects. Employee growth is also something that we do encourage, but generally, we do lean on the employee to lead this; perhaps we should be more explicit and encouraging about training/educational opportunities and options for lateral moves around the company to get experience. Thanks again for your feedback! - Tony Hawke, Director of Engineering
