Pros

Flexible, great benefits, adult approach. You are listened to at this company. They really want to be more diverse and make an effort. You are paid for anything extra you do and you don't feel like just a number. They genuinely care about your work ethic and your growth within the company. Mental health and burnout is at the top of their list. Happy employees bring happy results. Amazing company to work for!

Cons

Slow systems. They really need an update so things can run a little smoother

Thank you for your review! I’m delighted to know that you think our company is amazing and I am confident that you are part of the reason. Our sales team is incredible and it’s such an honor for me to lead it. You are absolutely correct. We do listen and sincerely strive to make our company and sales organization the best it can be. --And part of that is ensuring that we have a diverse and inclusive culture. Listening to our people in one-to-one and small group settings is one of my favorite aspects of the job. I care deeply about our people, their well-being, their growth, and their success. I’m so glad that you do not feel like a number and that you appreciate the opportunity to earn “extra” for your work. Though we are not perfect and there are areas that need improvement, we truly want our employees to thrive. Burnout is real, especially when so much work remains virtual, but adding “You Days” this quarter gave everyone a boost and I’m glad that we’re empowered to take action to help. We’ll continue to look for ways to support our people. Thanks for calling out the systems challenge. Though we have a robust tech stack for our sellers, I know that some systems can be cumbersome and not as efficient as we’d like. We will continue to assess the stack, equip our people to use the systems and identify ways to optimize. If you have a particular system in mind, please don’t hesitate to send me a Slack or email to ensure that I’m aware. I want to be sure you have the tools you need for success. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback. - Val Roush, VP of Sales

Pros

It's a great company to work for and your manager really cares about you as a person. They want you to grow in the role and help foster the culture and share ideas on how to consult with clients better. They have brilliant senior leaders that have a clear vision for the long-term growth of the company both globally and in EMEA. The managers in the team are great to learn from and are some of the more patient managers I've ever worked with. Can't recommend this company enough, they definitely practice what they preach.

Cons

The systems can be a bit slow at times but that will be ironed out. Try and learn everything from the ground up and be patient with yourself.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. We are thrilled to have you a part of Glassdoor! We've spent a lot of time building a strong leadership group in the EMEA region and it's incredible to hear that you're experiencing this first hand. We still have a lot to learn and growing pains will come and go, but if folks can take your advice to lean in, ask for help and share what's working, I'm certain that the EMEA region will continue to win! - Brett Runyan, VP of Go-to-Market

Thank you for your feedback and for your contributions to our mission to deliver design as a competitive advantage here at Glassdoor. I love to hear the sentiment that, "everyone is really bought into the mission," and I'm focused on working to deliver on that mission, every day. As for competitive pay, I agree we have an opportunity to lead here but I wouldn't necessarily say we are on the, "lower end," in regards to our total pay competitiveness. We offer all Design positions, including entry-level roles, a total comp package comprising base pay, bonus and RSUs with annual refreshers. In my view, the industry is going through a significant comp transformation, driven by newly acquired access to remote-only roles that were historically location-specific to SF/NY in markets and now available to all markets. This is driving a shift in pay expectations and what competitive means. Regardless of where we might each rate our compensation today, I agree we can do more and are committed to ensuring we have everything top Design talent needs to feel like they've found the company and job they love. Thank you sincerely again for the feedback and continue to hold us accountable to delivering on our expectations. - Eric Breier, VP of Product Design
