The work and business is very interesting with many great people. The company gives a large amount of reign to make a difference.

Cons

Can stay in a perpetual state of frantic action at an unreasonable pace, but all in the name of improvement. Large focus on new product introduction but a lack of focus on adequately maintaining an aging infrastructure.

There is no real leadership at the plant. Whenever there is an issue, people resort to finger pointing instead of admitting fault and improving upon mistakes.
