      The cons make any pro non-existent.

      Cons

      Management is abusive & smokes in their offices. There is no growth here, at any level. HR is corrupt. I have worked in many industries and companies over the past 15 years and this is by far the most unethical and emotionally draining place to work.

      Amazingly talented perfumers. There is a potential for creative growth and a culture for learning, and benefits are good for full-time employees.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I have never worked for a company where personal vendettas and workplace bullying were so blatant. It is "corporate" in the most negative sense of how people are treated. There is hostility both within and between departments which gets in the way of communication and company success. The overall culture of the company is toxic. While this is partially due to extremely high pressure for success and slow promotion from within, it can absolutely be handled in a better and more appropriate way.

      Large 401k Match , sub-par benefits

      Cons

      Management and supervision at the plant very immature. Will do anything possible to prevent personal growth if they don't like you for any reason. It is a dictatorship, it is there way or the highway. No personal growth opportunities.
