Abuse of temporary employees

Pros

Strong focus on safety. Overtime on the weekends. Good position in their market.

Cons

The abuse of employees hired through a temp agency. Temps invest valuable time hoping to be hired into the union only to be let go or never hired. Many temps have not been hired after a full year working for the company.

Pros

The only pros are the cafeteria, decent coffee and good benefits. These pros, however, do not even begin to outweigh the cons.

Cons

Where can I start? The management (and HR) is extremely corrupt and the building consists of the worst office politics I have seen anywhere. The training is nonexistent and most of the people within the company are there to bring you down, not build you up (Asking for help is a sign of weakness). Run as fast as you can from this company!

Pros

Pay, benefits, PTO....oh yea like every other company on this planet.

Cons

There is a vast amount of problems in MO. They have the wrong leaders at the top positions. People who are tyrants, who have big egos, who sit at a lunch table together & seem that they are the superior people of the building. Disgusting to say the least. Most heartless place I ever worked in in my working career. HR cares ONLY about their management and upper management team. Anything they want, they get. The "little" guy/gal gets pushed to the curb. Don't understand why this doesn't bring a concern to the entire workforce. There's a review about the MO. States about little man complexes and the boys club. 100% nailed it! It's the most accurate description about that place over there. Please read it because it's spot on. Oh as for this social media HR response team on gd. It's pathetic, if I go to HR/direct report and tell them about my issues they throw it back in my face. They only look after their own. There was two surveys at MO and the people let that place have it. Were there any changes? Of course not, same issues and no resolution. Please, beware about joining that particular brand in MO. You have been warned!
