      Pros

      Middle management seems to only dictate and take excessive time off so work life balance is good. The vast majority of the role is purely technical documentation so if you’re happy sitting at a desk all day, this is a great position for you. at the engineering level up to senior engineers are fantastic. Great people and I personally can’t speak highly enough of them.

      Cons

      Incredibly poor introduction to processes and trainings. Lack of direct management support within the Process engineering department The quality management system is incredibly overly burdensome and it has become what seems like a large amount of direct management takes an excessive takes a excessive amount of time navigating this system.
