      Pros

      Decent pay, fantastic products, enjoyable co-workers. Site is small enough that you can get involved in projects that are way above your pay grade.

      Cons

      Every company is on a culture bandwagon right now. Getinge is no exception. Except, the managers so not need to adhere to a culture. Several people have received additional promotions after having been accused of discrimination and creating a toxic workplace. There is an in-crowd at the site that has no issues with mocking corporate and blocking promotions. There are plenty of medical device companies that actually care about their employees. This is not one of them.

      Weak pay, long hours, ghosting after two long, long boring interviews.

      Salary is fair, pay used to be much better until commissions were taken.

      Cons

      Lots of broken promises. Upper management is scared of leadership and never questions directives. Never at home. Customers get upset because upper management directs day to day operation.
