      Pros

      It used to be a company with prosperity and opportunities. The Copenhagen office had really good colleagues.

      Cons

      Constant changes in strategies, focus on corporate lock down at the expense of job satisfaction and efficiency. Low wages and no real raise since 2013.

      Pros

      Getinge has a very positive work environment, and encourages learning, open communication, and collaboration. Crossfunctional teams work well together, and Quality is fully supported by Management. As soon as the pandemic hit, safety for employees was the immediate concern. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      As is the case in most businesses, and with unemployment so low, we are often understaffed. Amount of paid time off is lower than other similar businesses in the area.
