      Cons

      Change is constant. If you're focused on 1 area of business, it may be uncomfortable for you to adjust to constant reorganization and change. Be positive, be willing and be prepared to work hard.

      Flexibility to manage business. Control over local IDN Networks. Uncapped Commission Potential. Endless Travel.

      Cons

      Company is going through a major transition at the executive level. Getinge Group is consolidating at the top and creating a unified culture with their 3 business segments (Getinge, Maquet and Arjohuntleigh). If you hate change, this is not the place for you. As a Sales Rep, compensation and quota communication/establishment is always a whirlwind. The commission earning structure can seem to be skewed to benefit the organization vs. being sales rep friendly.
