      Greate Company Name, but loosing key staff

      The is a global company name.

      Cons

      Senior management keep changing. They did not manage projects well. Senior manager didn't really listen to their employee, therefore they did not understanding the core business. They are not responsilbe. All the key employee left.

      Great to work for their IT Solutions/IWS subsidiary in Denmark

      Pros

      IWS - Good colleagues, high integrity and quality expectations, innovative solutions and progressive attitudes, plus management at eye-level. Worked there for near 18 years, as the company grew from 14 to 140 people, and while less intimate now, still great people all around and a great attitude. Company organized healthy lunch.

      Cons

      Getinge itself is a very large, worldwide company, and some top-level decisions are made with not enough knowledge of the subsidiaries, affecting them negatively. Also, as the company grew, so did the turnover rate, which hurt the inter-department communications and cooperation.
