      It used to be GREAT!!! Once a great company...full of life and joy and then the bad change came. WHY???

      Pros

      Before all the mergers we were a great team and company that had success, but it had happy staff and teams, all going in the same direction

      Cons

      Now its just a dictatorship, The staff have never been so unhappy and the amount leaving tells its own story... that is of course those that are left after the redundancies.
