Great perks will not make up for the litany of weaknesses in this company!

Cons
Poor leadership and management (although there are small pockets of good managers), little accountability (unless in sales or service roles tied to KPI's), numbers focused, and decisions are made in a vacuum without clear understanding of the impact on the business. Management turnover is high and the focus is always on the numbers not the people. The general mentality with management turnover seems to be if we can't sell it then it must be the people without a real focus on the true issues, i.e. products, quality, or service. News flash, if you don't fix the product, quality, or service (this includes internal processes) you'll never change the sales. The company breeds mediocrity and its even rewarded in many cases. If you're a remote employee (not tied to sales or service KPI's) with a weak manager you are likely spending more time walking your dog, taking care of your pool, or mowing your lawn than actually working. The culture is toxic and is only in the forefront when its survey time or when corporate is forcing activities so that boxes are checked and bonuses earned. Values are communicated but not practiced i.e. do as I say not as I do, etc.
