      There is no positive side to this job.

      lowest pay - even a security guard, painter, the roadside seller earns more. very high targets, multiple targets uneducated, undisciplined, worthless bosses abusive culture, the abusive boss even for simple normal things no job security, you can be terminated at any moment whenever a single customer is not happy or boss is not happy. constant threatening of terminating no growth no salary increment or hike zero learning curve For everything you have to take permission, even for tea break, lunch treat you like slaves exploitative culture worse than government institutions lazy people
