      Lots of pros. Great facility and overall package. Cool technology and opportunity for advancement. Smart people.

      Cons

      The culture is not really cosmopolitan and it is off the highway and still has an old boys club from the University of Sherbrooke from eons ago.

      Good pay, very good bonus. Relaxed atmosphere and good trust in its employees. Invested in employee development

      Cons

      No program to acquire work-at-home equipment (But the bonuses are generous). The offices are outdated and far from everything (require a car).
